Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24hrs & no-shows: 100% of the service amount will be collected. Cancellations 24-48hrs before appt: 40% of appt will be charged. After 15mins late appointment is automatically cancelled and 100% service fee will be charged. Deposits are required from new clients and all full set appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from total. No kids or extra guests allowed unless consulted with me beforehand.
